I finally learnt how to cook 2 dishes! Haha so fun (: I went to my dad's house on Saturday and he taught me how to cook Baby Kailan and Sesame Oil Chicken. I think my dad's a great cook probably because he's really fussy over the food he eats.
The garlic smell actually lingered on my fingers for 3 days! :/ Couldn't get rid of it no matter how many times I washed my hands. But I'm proud of myself because now I know how to use a knife properly, chop meat, chop garlic and ginger, cook rice on a rice cooker, stir-fry on a wok etc. I know I sound like a noob but I was never taught all that! And it's just so interesting and fun :D
Recently, I've been listening to more English pop songs and I'm falling in love with those slow, rhythmic, owl city-like or songs that have beautiful lyrics. (: Just like how I love those English oldies. On the other hand, I love those up-beat, dance, digital Korean pop. Oh and I love classical piano and orchestra music. These are my favourite genres of music ^^ I'm so extreme haha but these are what's pleasing to my ears.
Since I'm listening to English pop songs now, I just wanted to share a few of my favourites (:
